Some might argue that a good leader should be able to lead effectively anywhere in the world, but leadership styles that work in one part of the world don’t always translate to success in another. Research has shown that Western work behaviours can have the opposite effect in the Asian context. Until now behavioural psychology workplace assessments have failed to take account of cultural differences.
